You may cancel a month to month account at any time by letter. The Date of Termination will be the final day of the month in which you request the termination of your service. You will still be responsible for any fees incurred up to the Date of Termination of this service. Additionally, any fees collected in advance for future services are nonrefundable, even if the services are cancelled.
You may also cancel an account with a term contract at any time by letter. You will remain liable for recurring charges for the balance of the term outlined in the contract.
Credit card information may be used by MSBware.com only to fund charges authorized by you, and will only be used if entered by you for recurring charges.
MSBware.com Signature Service allows for the unlimited transfer data, unlimited email addresses, unlimited FTP access to your files, and unlimited processor time. MSBware.com reserves the right to suspend indefinately access to any files or directories which interrupt access to or performance of other clients' websites.
MSBware.com will take any steps it deems necessary to stop any process or activity which compromises the function of a MSBware.com server. These processes or activities may include intended or unintended acts of our members, and stopping these processes or activities may include disabling the account of the member whose processes or activities are compromising the function of a MSBware.com server.
